Summary:

My product is the only humidity controlling blanket on the market  it keeps you cool and comfortable even in the heat of summer. The temperature on the inside of confined spaces  are either too hot or too cold you are very rarely at the right temperature. The water wicker changes this.

 

Audience:

Anyone that is an outdoorsy type of person will be interested in this because anyone that goes camping knows the problems that go along with the traditional kind of sleeping bag

 

Produced:

There is nothing on the market that is like this they do have sleeping bags that are meant for the summer but when you are inside it feels like a furnace because of the humidity build up there is no breathability. The current sleeping bags trap heat and moisture on the inside causing the user to awake constantly to adjust the amount of air being let in.  

 

What is out there:

There is nothing like is on the market today there are sleeping bags that allow the user to unzip parts letting air in but they produce the same problems as the traditional sleeping bag as well as defeating the purpose of the sleeping bag.

 

5. What is Different or Unique

What separates this sleeping bag from others on the market is the amount of comfort that comes with it. When you spend a night in a sleeping bag especially during the hot months of summer you don't want to wake up sweaty and sticky this fixes that problem allowing humidity  to escape while keeping you cool and comfortable.

I will use resources at big businesses to get materials and learn more about the market that I am dealing with. The materials that will be the best for the job will be obtained by Phillip Branca who works for Gor-tex a company specializing in material science.

This is important because comfort is an important part of life and it is something that people will pay for. This is taking a closer look at a market that has been around for a very long time and improving it.

8. How Connected Am I

I am connected because I have relatives that are in these kind of businesses and I myself know the flaws of the products on the market today. I have experienced what can be made better and this is why I want to make the sleeping bag more comfortable and temperature constant.  With the sleeping bags on the market humidity is the biggest problems, my product gets rid of this problem.
